Simply Picks is a free app that points you toward great deals. Prices and promo codes change fast — always confirm the final price at checkout before you buy. We do our best, but we can't guarantee every deal, and we're not the store you're buying from.
These terms cover your use of the Simply Picks app, brought to you by Simply Sales (Alyssa & Sarah). By using the app, you're agreeing to them.
1. It's free
Simply Picks is free to use. No subscription, no paywall. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep making it better.
2. About the deals, prices & codes
The deals, prices, discounts, and promo codes in the app are gathered by our team and community and can change at any moment. Items sell out, prices go up and down, and codes expire. We work hard to keep things accurate, but:
- We don't guarantee any price, discount, code, or that an item is in stock.
- The price you see in the app may differ from the price at checkout — always confirm the final price on the retailer's site before buying.
- Promo codes may have conditions, limits, or expiration dates set by the retailer, not us.
3. We're not the seller
When you buy something, your purchase is directly with the retailer (Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others) — not with Simply Picks. Their terms, pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service apply. Any issue with an order is between you and that retailer.
4. Affiliate disclosure
As Amazon Associates and members of similar programs, we may earn a small commission when you buy through links in the app — at no extra cost to you. It's one of the ways we keep Simply Picks free.
5. Playing nice
Please use Simply Picks for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, scrape it, abuse the community reporting features, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. What belongs to whom
The Simply Picks and Simply Sales names, logos, and design are ours. Product names, brand names, and store logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
7. No warranty & limits
Simply Picks is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from missed deals, expired codes, price changes, or anything you buy through a retailer. Use your own good judgment before purchasing.
8. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
