$500 Gift Card Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor. Simply Sales (Alyssa & Sarah).

2. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

4. Giveaway period. Begins June 26, 2026 and ends when the Simply Picks app reaches 2,000 total downloads (App Store and Google Play combined), or on December 31, 2026 (11:59 PM ET), whichever comes first (the “End Date”).

5. How to enter — two ways:

(a) Referral entries. Download the free Simply Picks app, open Invite Friends for your personal code, and share it. Each friend who downloads the app using your code and becomes a genuine, active user is one confirmed referral, and you earn one (1) entry for every confirmed referral — no minimum: your first referral is your first entry, 5 referrals = 5 entries, 20 = 20 entries, and so on. The more friends you bring, the better your odds. The Sponsor verifies referrals; fake, duplicate, self-, or inactive installs do not count.

(b) Free alternate entry. No app or referrals required: email plouffes@gmail.com with your full name and “Simply Picks Giveaway” in the subject line by the End Date to receive one (1) entry. Limit one alternate entry per person.

6. Winner selection. Within 5 days after the End Date, one (1) winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries (referral entries and alternate entries together). The winner is notified by email or direct message and must respond within 7 days to claim, or an alternate winner is drawn.

7. Prize. One (1) $500 Amazon.com gift card (approximate retail value $500). No cash alternative; non-transferable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. General. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, Amazon.com, Inc., or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering you release these companies and the Sponsor from any liability. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Claiming your prize. To claim, reach us by email at plouffes@gmail.com or by Facebook message to Sarah. Once your claim is confirmed, your Amazon gift card is emailed within 96 hours.
